About Me & Why This Site is Necessary

Dear Readers,

I work as a writer and editor by day, and value my family and friends always for the support they have given me…and I have needed LOTS of support! I have made many mistakes that would have been hard to recover from had they not been in my corner. Which leads to the reason for this blog…

I usually write about relatively mundane topics at work that I won’t bother to bore you about right now, but I recently had an urge to start a blog directed to women. That’s women of any background, of any age, from any ethnic group. I will speak on real-life events, exploring the different ways to solve problems and conquer obstacles, especially in relation to sex, relationships and achieving goals. I won’t talk about anything that is unheard of. In fact, many women will find that they have experienced some of the events described themselves, but perhaps feel uncomfortable sharing with anyone. I understand and respect that choice, and decided I would take the first step and share with you.

I also want to share these experiences in order to hopefully prevent others from making the same mistakes. Why walk through a fire if someone else has already found out how badly you can get burned? I know everyone has to make their own choices, but hopefully I can provide someone with a clue on some bad situations that I hope you never find yourself in. At the same time, if during the life of this blog, you never find one thing that ever applied to you, I will bet my bottom dollar you’ve been living under a rock for the last 50 years. Or you’re a nun.
